Diesel Engines
Our service scope includes engine inspection, dismantling and assembly, engine unit overhaul, bearing inspection, fuel pump and valve actuator servicing, camshaft works, crankshaft inspection, liner honing, lubricator overhaul and calibration, air starting valve overhaul, and related component repairs. Services can be carried out onboard, during dry dock, at port, or in one of our mechanical workshops, depending on the vessel’s technical needs and schedule.

Governors
INJEGOV provides maintenance, repair, overhaul and testing services for marine engine governors, actuators and related control systems.
Our service scope includes as-received testing, dismantling, cleaning, inspection, repair, assembly, calibration and final testing on dedicated test benches. Spare parts, repair kits and replacement units can also be supplied depending on the governor type and availability.
INJEGOV can also support governor exchange services, speed governor retrofits and remote troubleshooting by phone, email or video call. When remote support is not sufficient, our team can assist with the next technical steps.
Crankshaft Renewal
INJEGOV provides crankshaft renewal services for main and auxiliary marine diesel engines.
Our service scope includes crankshaft sourcing, transportation coordination, inspection, dismantling, assembly, alignment, re-chocking, accessory works and engine testing after completion. Crankshaft renewal can be carried out at port, during dry dock or en voyage, depending on the vessel’s condition, schedule and technical requirements. We can support crankshaft renewal projects from the initial inspection and planning stage through to final assembly and testing.
In-Situ Repairs & Riding Teams
INJEGOV provides in-situ repair and riding team services for diesel engines and auxiliary machinery.
Our teams can attend vessels at port, during dry dock or en voyage, depending on the vessel’s schedule and technical needs. The service scope includes engine repairs, auxiliary machinery inspection, generator and compressor works, in-situ machining, honing and grinding with specialized equipment. Riding teams are supported by our workshop and back-office teams to ensure proper coordination, technical support and service reporting.
Fuel Equipment Repairs
INJEGOV provides diagnosis, repair and testing services for marine diesel engine fuel equipment.
Our fuel systems department is equipped with dedicated tools and test benches for fuel injection components. The service scope includes inspection, repair, calibration, testing, spare parts identification and technical reporting. Fuel equipment repairs can be carried out as part of a diesel engine service project or as a separate workshop service, depending on the component condition and operational needs.
Spare Parts Supply
INJEGOV provides spare parts supply for two-stroke and four-stroke marine diesel engines.
Our supply scope includes new, OEM, aftermarket and reconditioned spare parts, depending on customer requirements, engine type and availability. Parts can be supplied with IMO numbers and class certificates where applicable.
We can support the supply of major engine components, consumables and complete engine-related assemblies. Reconditioned second-hand parts are inspected by our technical team and can offer a cost-effective alternative to new parts.
Our supply range covers spare parts for major diesel engine makers, including Everllence (MAN B&W), Wärtsilä, Deutz, Sulzer, Mitsubishi, Pielstick, HiMSEN, Yanmar, Daihatsu, MaK, Jenbacher, Waukesha and Cummins.
