This Privacy Policy explains how 英捷高船舶工程（上海）有限公司 (Injegov China, “we”, “us” or “our”) collects, uses, stores, protects and deletes personal information through injegov.cn (the “Website”). We process personal information in accordance with applicable laws and regulations of the People’s Republic of China, including the Personal Information Protection Law of the People’s Republic of China (“PIPL”).

This Policy applies to personal information processed when you visit the Website, submit a service or quotation inquiry, contact us, or exercise a privacy right. It does not apply to independent websites or services that may be linked from the Website.

The inquiry form is not designed to collect sensitive personal information. Please do not include identity-document numbers, financial account information, health information, precise location data, or other sensitive personal information in your request.
4.2 Information collected automatically
When you use the Website, our server and security systems may automatically record limited technical information, such as your IP address, browser and device type, operating system, access date and time, requested pages, error records, and security logs. The Website currently uses only cookies and similar technologies necessary for operation, security, and saving privacy preferences.

We process personal information only to the extent necessary for the following purposes:

The Website currently does not use Google Analytics, Baidu Analytics, advertising pixels, or other non-essential analytics or marketing trackers. 7. Storage location and retention
Personal information submitted through the Website is stored in the Website database hosted by Alibaba Cloud in the People’s Republic of China. Access is restricted to authorized members of the Injegov China team.
- Inquiry and quotation-form records: normally retained for up to 24 months after the last substantive communication
- Server and security logs: normally retained for 6 months, unless a longer period is required by law or necessary to investigate a security incident
- Cookie and privacy preferences: normally retained for up to 12 months
- Contractual, transaction, legal-claim, or compliance records: retained for the period required by applicable law or reasonably necessary for the relevant purpose
When the applicable retention period ends, we will delete or anonymize personal information unless continued storage is required or permitted by law.
8. Sharing and entrusted processing
We do not sell personal information. We may entrust limited processing to Alibaba Cloud and technical service providers that maintain or secure the Website. They may process personal information only according to our instructions, for the specified purpose, and subject to appropriate confidentiality and security obligations.
We may disclose personal information to competent authorities where required by law, legal process, or a lawful government request. We will otherwise provide personal information to another independent processor only after giving the required notice and obtaining separate consent where required by law.
9. Cross-border transfers
We do not currently transfer personal information collected through the Website outside the People’s Republic of China, and access to Website inquiries is currently limited to the Injegov China team.
Before introducing overseas access or transferring personal information to another INJEGOV entity, Brevo, or any other recipient outside China, we will update this Policy, inform individuals of the overseas recipient and processing details, obtain separate consent where required, complete the applicable personal information protection impact assessment, and implement any cross-border transfer mechanism required by PRC law.
10. Information security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss, or misuse. Measures include access restrictions, account and permission controls, secure hosting, database protection, system monitoring, backups, staff confidentiality obligations, and incident-response procedures.
No internet or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. If a personal information security incident occurs or is likely to occur, we will take remedial measures and provide notifications to the competent authorities and affected individuals where required by law.

Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to:

We will respond in a timely manner in accordance with applicable law. Withdrawal of consent does not affect processing lawfully carried out before withdrawal. Where we cannot fulfil a request, we will explain the reason unless prohibited by law.
12. Children’s personal information
The Website is intended for business and professional users and is not directed to children under 14 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 14. If you believe that a child has provided personal information, please contact us so that we can address the matter promptly.
